Son of ‘Black Widow’ denies charges
The 23-year-old son of “The Black Widow” Helen Milner denied two charges of possession of drug utensils, possession of a taser, and two assaults in the Christchurch District Court today.
At his next appearance on January 26, Adam Francis Murray Kearns has to plead on further charges of supplying cannabis, and possession of a firearm.
The charges he has pleaded not guilty to have been remanded to a case review hearing on February 24.
Judge Raoul Neave granted an electronically monitored bail application, with conditions that he does not possess any weapons, and does not contact the complainant in the alleged assault charges.
