A 16-year-old who spent months in custody charged with possession of the mosque shooting video, has ended up back in the Youth Justice facility at Rolleston because of a bail breach.
During a police pursuit through Christchurch, 46-year-old Teaahu Reti crashed through two fences and then jumped from the moving car and ran off while the car went on to crash into a third fence.
A series of bail breaches has led to hip-hop and rap artist Scribe being remanded in custody for the next month.
Hip-hop artist Scribe – real name Malo Ioane Luafutu – has accepted he breached his bail with an unauthorised change of address, but police have not sought to have him held in custody.
Additional charges have been laid against “Momma Doof” – Theresa Anne Soper – and her trial on a liquor supply allegation has been delayed.
