Judges are threatening to pull the plug on the court system’s cost-saving video-link system unless lawyers get better access to see their clients in prison.
New Zealand’s newest District Court Judge has paid tribute to her late husband Professor Gerald Orchard at her swearing-in – the first at Christchurch’s new Justice Precinct.
