The Court of Appeal will shortly sit at the Christchurch Court House for the first time since the September 2010 earthquake.
More than three years since Christchurch’s quake disasters began, the court will sit in the city on September 30 and October 1.
On the bench will be the President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Mark O’Regan, with Justice Graham Panckhurst and Justice Alan MacKenzie.
The court will hear a series of criminal appeals.
Before the quakes, the Court of Appeal traditionally sat in Christchurch once or twice a year.
