High Court jury trials are usually scheduled for the two jury courts on level four of the Court House. District Court jury trials are held in the courts on level two.

District Court sentencing after guilty pleas on the fourth day of his jury trial for 61-year-old Douglas James Archer who admitted the bashing of his mother and stepfather at their home in St Martins, on March 1, 2013, and a theft charge. Archer remains in custody. Sentencing was later delayed by a change of defence counsel.
