Four more sex charges were laid against company director John Michael Condon, in the Christchurch District Court today.
They allege a rape, and three sexual violations between 1999 and 2002.
Condon, a 61-year-old from Lansdowne in the Selwyn District, had pleaded not guilty to indecent assault of an underage girl, sexual violation of a child, and attempting to indecently assault a child.
He has not pleaded to previous charges of indecent assault, two indecent acts on young girls, assault with intent to rape a young girl, and three charges of paying for sex with under-aged girls, allegedly occurring between 2006 and 2014.
Judge Tom Gilbert remanded Condon in custody for an electronically monitored bail hearing by video from the Christchurch Men’s Prison on March 30.
